3. Product Description
• Item condition
New Factory Sealed
A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag. New Other (Open box, without box)
An item in excellent condition with no functional defects. The item may be missing original packaging and may have been used for testing or demo purposes. The item includes accessories found with the original product and may include a warranty. See the our listing for full details and description.
Used
An item that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended. This item may be a floor model or store return that has been used. See the our listing for full details and description of any imperfections.
For parts or not working
An item that does not function as intended and is not fully operational. This includes items that are defective in ways that render them difficult to use, items that require service or repair, or items missing essential components. See the our listing for full details..

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed are in (€) Euro and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

5. Ordering Process

7. Returns and Refunds

B2C Customers: Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition, and you will bear the return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

B2B Customers: Returns are only accepted if the following conditions are met.
We offer a 14-day return policy for both used, new, new other(open box, without box) products, subject to the following conditions:
For Used and New other (open box, without box) Products

The product must have its warranty label intact and unremoved. Any removal, tampering, or damage to the warranty label will void the return eligibility.

The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, including any accessories and original packaging, if applicable.
- The serial number of the returned product must match the serial number recorded at the time of sale.
For New and New other(open box, without box) Products

The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, along with all accessories and undamaged original packaging.

General Conditions

The return period is 14 days from the date of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or not as described.
- Products that do not meet the above conditions, including a mismatch in serial numbers, will not be eligible for return or refund.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, a full refund or replacement will be processed if the return is approved.
