These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales and transactions made through our e-commerce website and via direct communication (email orders). By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

   • Customer: Any business (B2B) or individual (B2C) purchasing products from us.

   • Products: Any goods sold on our website or via email correspondence.

   • Order: A request for products submitted by a customer through our website or email.

3. Product Description

   • Item condition

    New Factory Sealed

A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag.    New Other (Open box, without box)

An item in excellent condition with no functional defects. The item may be missing original packaging and may have been used for testing or demo purposes. The item includes accessories found with the original product and may include a warranty. See the our listing for full details and description.

   Used

An item that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended. This item may be a floor model or store return that has been used. See the our listing for full details and description of any imperfections.

   For parts or not working

An item that does not function as intended and is not fully operational. This includes items that are defective in ways that render them difficult to use, items that require service or repair, or items missing essential components. See the our listing for full details..

  •  We do not provide manufacturer warranties, certifications, or guarantees, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

4. Pricing and Payment

  •  All prices listed are in (€) Euro and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

  •  Payment methods include list accepted payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, paypal.

  •  Full payment must be received before orders are processed and shipped.

5. Ordering Process

  • Orders can be placed via the website or email.

  • All orders are subject to acceptance. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, especially in cases of incorrect pricing or product unavailability.

6. Delivery and Shipping

  • Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are estimated and may vary. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact information. Any delays or additional costs arising from incorrect information will be borne by the customer.

  • Aegean Automation is not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers. Additionally, we are not liable for any damages or losses to customers or third parties resulting from such delays.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred during international shipping.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • B2C Customers: Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Products must be  returned in their original condition, and you will bear the return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

  • B2B Customers: Returns are only accepted if the following conditions are met.

We offer a 14-day return policy for both used, new, new other(open box, without box)  products, subject to the following conditions:

For Used and New other (open box, without box) Products

  • The product must have its warranty label intact and unremoved. Any removal, tampering, or damage to the warranty label will void the return eligibility.

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, including any accessories and original packaging, if applicable.

- The serial number of the returned product must match the serial number recorded at the time of sale.

   For New and New other(open box, without box) Products

  • The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, along with all accessories and undamaged original packaging.

  • The serial number of the returned product must match the serial number recorded at the time of sale.

General Conditions

  • The return period is 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or not as described.

- Products that do not meet the above conditions, including a mismatch in serial numbers, will not be eligible for return or refund.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, a full refund or replacement will be processed if the return is approved.

8. Warranty and Liability

  • We offer a 14-day return policy for the  products we sold.

  • Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any damages, downtime, or losses caused by the use of the products sold. All products are sold “as-is,” and customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility and proper use.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the website are the property of their respective owners.

  • We do not claim ownership of or affiliation with these brands.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disputes, we are willing to participate in an out-of-court arbitration procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in Haarlem, Netherlands.
