Aegean Automation is not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers. Additionally, we are not liable for any damages or losses to customers or third parties resulting from such delays.

Return&Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for both used and new  products, subject to the following conditions:

For Used and Open box Products

- The product must have its warranty label intact and unremoved. Any removal, tampering, or damage to the warranty label will void the return eligibility.

- The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, including any accessories and original packaging, if applicable.

- The serial number of the returned product must match the serial number recorded at the time of sale.

For New and New open box  Products

- The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, along with all accessories and undamaged original packaging.

- The serial number of the returned product must match the serial number recorded at the time of sale.

General Conditions

- The return period is 14 days from the date of delivery.

- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or not as described.

- Products that do not meet the above conditions, including a mismatch in serial numbers, will not be eligible for return or refund.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, a full refund or replacement will be processed if the return is approved.
